VI設(shè)計公司員工崗位保密工作規(guī)范及準則
根據(jù)《中華人民共和國勞動法》和《深圳經(jīng)濟特區(qū)勞動合同條例》及其他有關(guān)法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定,甲乙雙方本著平等自愿、協(xié)商一致的原則,達成如下協(xié)議:

一、 甲方對乙方的行為規(guī)范要求:
1、 員工敬業(yè)及合作精神要求:
1) 乙方在任何時候都要將實現(xiàn)甲方的最大利益作為自己行為準則。乙方的行為不能對甲方公司的工作氛圍產(chǎn)生負面或不良影響。
2) 乙方需嚴格執(zhí)行公司制定的所有規(guī)章制度,并承擔(dān)所有違章責(zé)任。
3) 乙方應(yīng)努力履行自己的職責(zé)以及上級管理人員交給的其他任務(wù)。VI設(shè)計公司公司倡導(dǎo)員工之間的合作與相互支持,員工應(yīng)該以禮貌及合作的態(tài)度對待同事及來訪者。
4) 乙方應(yīng)在第一時間以信任的態(tài)度與其相關(guān)上級管理人員或合作的同事就發(fā)生在工作中的任何問題進行討論,而非與公司以外的任何人討論這些問題。
5) 乙方不得利用自己的職務(wù)謀取不當(dāng)利益。
6) 如甲方確因經(jīng)營需要或因乙方的能力及表現(xiàn),可變更乙方的工作范圍及職責(zé),或?qū)⒁曳降目蛻艏鞍冈促Y訊轉(zhuǎn)移他人負責(zé),乙方有反映本人意見的權(quán)利,但未經(jīng)甲方批準,必須服從。
2、 工作行為規(guī)范準則:
1) 上班時間必須充分利用于工作上,任何員工都不得占用工作時間來處理私人事物。唯有工作資料可以放在辦公室,私人文件和資料都不得存于辦公室內(nèi)。
2) 工作時間內(nèi)嚴禁在辦公室玩電腦游戲、瀏覽與工作無關(guān)的網(wǎng)站或閱讀與工作無關(guān)的資料、書籍。發(fā)現(xiàn)一次,罰款伍拾元整。
3) 乙方需自覺保護公司的設(shè)備、工具和用品,同時應(yīng)該節(jié)約使用公司的設(shè)備和辦公用品、工具,除特殊規(guī)定的使用外,公司的設(shè)備和工具只能用于與工作有關(guān)部門的目的。乙方對其故意造成的任何辦公設(shè)備、用品的損失或損壞都負有賠償責(zé)任。
4) 乙方應(yīng)積極完成上級管理人員交托的任務(wù),如未能完成任務(wù)又不予以合理解釋的,公司可按怠職處理。業(yè)務(wù)和工程人員需每周五上交工作報告給部門主管,以便主管了解情況來安排下周工作。
二、 甲方對乙方的商業(yè)保密要求:
1、 甲乙雙方約定,乙方同意在受雇甲方服務(wù)期內(nèi),乙方對所有甲方只商業(yè)機密負有保密責(zé)任,甲方具體商業(yè)秘密保密事項如下:
1) 甲方的業(yè)務(wù)秘密,包括商品產(chǎn)、供銷渠道,客戶名單、名片,買賣意向,成交或商談的價格,商品性能、質(zhì)量、數(shù)量、交貨日期。
2) 甲方的經(jīng)營秘密,包括經(jīng)營方針,投資決策意向,產(chǎn)品服務(wù)定價,市場分析,廣告策略。
3) 甲方的管理秘密,包括財務(wù)資料、人事資料、工資薪酬資料、物流資料。
4) 甲方的技術(shù)秘密,包括由乙方跟進的所有工作內(nèi)容及資料。如:SOURCE CODE、SCHEMATIC、PCB LAYOUT 等。若資料需給客戶,必須CC給工程主管人員。公司內(nèi)部人員若需技術(shù)資料可向工程主管人員申請。
2、 乙方所涉及有關(guān)部門甲方公司之作業(yè)流程,作業(yè)方式及與作業(yè)相關(guān)之資訊信息、客戶訊息等均屬甲方之商業(yè)機密,乙方不得以任何方式對外泄露。
3、 乙方在簽訂勞動合同后不得向任何其他人或?qū)嶓w使用任何與公司的經(jīng)營方式或業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)信息及文件、公司客戶名單、公司提供服務(wù)的價格,一旦甲方發(fā)現(xiàn)乙方有上述任何一種行為,即視為乙方違反了本合同之保密條款之約定,乙方應(yīng)賠償甲方人民幣伍萬元整,若因此而給甲方造成經(jīng)濟損失或其他損失的,甲方可依法予以追究、索償。
三、 本協(xié)議一式兩份,甲乙雙方各執(zhí)一份。經(jīng)雙方確認簽字蓋章后立即執(zhí)行生效。
