一、與旅行社的運作標準
目前,我國在酒店與旅行社之間尚無運作標準,但規范應當是個趨勢,從制度上保證雙方共同的利益而合作,也便于進行監管。美國旅行社協會為建立一套與酒店想的營業關系與運作標準,提出了一些原則,也可以為我國制訂類似制度提供有益參考。
1.收費標準與預訂
酒店應隨時制訂并發布一種收費標準一覽表,列出各種房間及其他服務的最高及最低的收費額。一覽表的收費標準應可適用于所有顧客,不管他是直接訂房或是通過旅行社代理預訂。業已公布的一覽表收費標準應予嚴格遵守,直至新的一覽表公布為止,或者直至代理人收到書面通知改變收費標準為止。
旅行社或代理人僅可根據酒店規定的收費標準提出報價與推銷,但如由于實際的需要或顧客的需要或顧客的要求,他們可以不受這種標準限制而接受訂房。
代理人接受訂房要求時,應直接與酒店代表或其授權代表聯系處理。有關訂房所需的通訊費用,如油資、電報電話費等均由代理人負擔。酒店對于訂房的要求應當立即予以答復,可能時最好在24小時內答復。

代理人代表酒店收受的一切款項,均應在扣除其應得的傭金后,立即匯交酒店。如果酒店原已同意代理人代收之賬款可暫以收據聯單記賬,實際回款則依協議的時間稍后寄出。
代理人提供服務后,一切款項如經酒店自行直接收取,則代理人應得之傭金,酒店應在收款后三十天內結算付給代理人。
3.廣告
酒店與代理人雙方所作之廣告均應切合實際,尤應注意廣告格調的高雅,并應避免可能導致誤解言詞。
廣告中如果列有最低收費標準,應該肯定而明確地指出最低標準,不可含糊其辭。
代理人為其酒店服務時,不可在言詞上明示或暗示各家酒店的相互比較情況。
代理人與顧客之間的往來關系,北京酒店VI設計應當予以尊重。在以后的生意中,即使酒店可以直接向該顧客銷售產品,仍應當通過代理人處理。
代理人有義務展示或分發酒店提供的小冊子或其他類似的廣告宣傳品。
4.一般條款
代理人與酒店之間的關系應維持營業上的道德標準,對方對于顧客或社會大眾亦應如此。
如果酒店委托的代理人并非美國旅行社協會的會員,且其待遇較其會員優厚,則會員亦有權享受此種同等待遇。
5.爭執
雙方如有任何爭執,包括傭金的爭執在內,可由酒店將爭執事項提交酒店協會,并有代理人將爭執事項提交旅行社協會共同調解。
酒店對代理人如有索賠的要求,或代理人對酒店有此要求,均應于合理的時間提出。
